Licence Agreement

All images available on platedLibrary are protected by copyright and owned by Gomathi Parsan. Purchasing or downloading an image grants a licence to use the image — not ownership.

This Licence Agreement explains how images may be used.

This licence applies to:

• Basic Images
  
• Basic Styled Images
  
• Styled & Textured Images

You may:

• Use images for personal or commercial projects
  
• Use images across multiple platforms such as websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, packaging, blogs, and marketing materials
  

Edit or adapt images as required for your project

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute images as standalone files
  
• Upload images to other stock platforms or marketplaces
  
• Claim ownership or authorship of the images
  
• Use images in unlawful, misleading, or offensive contexts
  

This licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable.

Exclusive Images are available for one-time licensing only.

• Once an Exclusive Image is downloaded by a user, it is permanently removed from public availability on platedLibrary
  
• The licence is issued only to the purchaser

You may:

• Use the image across multiple platforms and projects
  
• Use the image for branding, editorial, marketing, and commercial purposes

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the image
  
• Transfer usage rights to another individual or organisation
  
• Use the image in templates, stock libraries, or resale-based products
  

This licence is strictly non-transferable and non-resalable.
